We saw the most beautiful church in Los Mochis and browsed through the shops before catching the train to Creel. As we wound our way through Copper Canyon the scenery was just breathtaking. Looking down around a hair pin curve we saw a train car laying on its side at the bottom of the gulley and were greatful it wasn’t us. We stopped in Bauochivo and then we saw Divisadero and it struck me just how much the canyons resembled the Grand Canyon in the U.S. Absolutely Gorgeous.

When we arrived in Creel we shot a few photos of some shy Tamaruhara Indians wearing very colorful outfits and selling their wares from blankets on the street. The sun was setting as we were leaving Copper Canyon on our way back to Los Mochis.
